I write in utter dissapointment
i have been a loyal vodacom customer for 13years!!
i have even kept the same number for that long
i always had signal issues in my area
a couple of years ago i purchased a blackberry, and found that the data service is even worst
i called vodacom numerous times with just a bunch of excuses
finally in May last year, i called, and the agent asked if i could give 10 more numbers in my area with the same issue i would be helped, so i did and finally a call was logged
i received feedbck via sms every 2weeks that the tower signal woud be upgraded
however it stopped, i called again in October last year and the matter was escalated, but still no resolve
i called again last month and the agent said she would escalate the matter further and i would receive feedback in 24hoursm but guess what: NOTHING HAPPENED
i called again today and this agent says they is no record of my call last month, and the called logged last year May is still pending
my work recently issued me with a vodacom 3G modem and i cant get anything done due to an instable data reception with almost no 3G at all
