Nearly 3 weeks ago I called the call centre and requested an item to be e-mailed to me. I was promised delivery within 24 hours. Soon it will be 24 days and still no joy. 4 calls later to their "ever so helpful" call centre and I am still waiting for their snail mail. Yesterday I spoke to a supervisor and gave an additional e-mail address, yet there is still no response. Surely this is not the way to treat customers. I have been a loyal customer for more than 10 years with my Cell no being one of the first issued. So much for loyalty. I cannot wait to ditch MTN.
