My BIS has been for more that 4 hours. And your useless customer care are not getting to the phones apparently. A suggestion stop worrying about Blackberry users data usage and focus on the more important things like having a functioning network. I have now had enough I am going back to cell c. No throttling and atleast their network works. No even an sms saying it is down or what the time frame is to correct the problem this is the worst service ever. I have been back with you for 4 months and I promise you never again. Please PLEASE dont ever use Vodacom their network and service.
