I *emailed* Hetzner at 08h48 this morning with a problem I was experiencing and got a solution back in less than an hour. You truly have the fastest support I have ever experienced for an email query of any company in South Africa!
I would also like to personally thank Tracey Cleary for the very friendly manner in which she responded to the query. It's good to know that there are still friendly people in the Service industry nowadays.
