In August 2012 I was called a sales lady called Nomonde from Afrozone Communication to sell me a vodacom product - X205 nokia that came with a Homemark voucher costing R1020. As per agreememnt I was suppose to pay R137 per month x24. The pecks that came with the phone were 75 minutes everyday starting at 20:00 - 07:00am plus 100 free sms and 75 megabites. FYI i only used this fone @ nite, and never used the mg for internet. To my surprise in Oct 2012 R900 was debited out of my account, then in Nov R1340, in Dec R3344.71. I called Nomonde she changed the story, demanded to speak to the manager (Maletsatsi). I told her that i wasnt to discontinue the acc. She promised that the matter will be dealt with. End of Dec 2012 my vodacom fones were suspended. 08 Feb 2013 Brian from Maletsatsi's office set a conference call with a vodacom person, and they promised to fix the matter... Three months on the problem is still unfixed. The mobile fone for Afrizone Comminication is 0114306187 and Maletsasti's number is 0730309926
