Ad service, the worst, no delivery, no responds

Waiting 5 weeks now for my phone to be repaired and delivered to the branch, no feedback about my cellphone, no reply or answer to my queries and their phone number doesnt exist, their service to pathetic and unacceptable.. bu they quick to ask for upfrint payment. and i get this.
i want to retrief my contract with immediate effect as i see no relationship with this company any more.
