I have never in my life come across a company with such pathetic customer service and feedback. Since my first dealings with Satinsky Group of Companies and its staff I have had numerous queries which until today have not been resolved - this is now 1 year and 6 months and no-one has to date resolved any of my queries. It is ignored. No communication from the company whatsoever on new branding to be applied to the vehicle - just no payment from their side - seems like it is an easy way not to pay the people advertising their products!! They are easy to phone you to get you involved in new deals but when the actual branding is to change a phone call cannot be made to let you know of this - only once a payment is not received and you have to follow-up then only it comes to your attention that things have changed!!! The Call Centre staff is also very quick to transfer you to another number that either rings non-stop or just goes to voice mail. It is absolutely shocking!! The Call Centre Manager - Kugan also has no accountability to phone you back should you leave an urgent message!! I don't even think that they bother to reply on complaints like these! Why should they???!!!
