How long do you keep your customers waiting on the line before eventually helping them or diverting the call to someone who can??? I have been waiting on the line in three separate calls today the last one holding for 20min before I had enough. This is really unacceptable. What is the use of a Call Centre if there is no one to respond to a customer?? If there are... Get more!!!

On top of that:
I have ordered a MyMeg 3gig data package from vodacom online on 07/02/2013. a Consultant phoned back to complete the order and said that delivery will take place in the following 3-5 working days. Yesterday was the 5th working day and nothing received yet.

I would just like to know the status of my order.
