I have 2 cellphone contracts for my kids. At the end of December the contract expired and I upgraded to new phones and new package, which would result in their numbers being ported to Vodacom from MTN. It is now 15 February, and the numbers have still not been ported and my kids are unable to use their phones. I've visited the shop in Somerset Mall, and I've phoned, but still nothing gets done about the problem. I've been paying my account in the mean time, so I am paying for a service that I am not getting. If this does not resolve the matter my next option is to lodge a complaint with the Consumer Commission.
