I lodged a complaint to MTN weeks ago and they have not responded to my complaint. How can you buy a sim card and when recharging airtime is deducted. i bought the sim through a MTN street vendor. This means MTN street vendors are airtime as when you purchase the starter pack. It is opened already. Every time you recharge with airtime you get a sms saying you transferred airtime via ME2U, which is impossible since the simcard is brand new with no contact numbers.

I am very disappointed in MTN!
