I bought R150 8ta airtime this morning (about 8am) via e wallet, the money has been deducted but no airtime recieved. Called the call center and was told to wait 24 hours, so i called the complaints centre at 12 pm and was told that they will look into my querie and call me back, now 15:45 and still no feed back. Now im stuck and need my airtime. Airtime purchases are same time and dont take 24 hours. FNB slogan is "How can we help you" now please help me and give me my air time and if you cant help me please return the money to my account.
