I just got a new contract from Cell C and want to keep on using my old number. The starter pack said I have to call 084 145. Currently I am on hold to the call center to get my number changed. Now I have been on hold for 45min. STILL NO ANSWER! How long does it take to get through to this call center? Is it staffed by one person?
I am not even a customer for 3 hours and already bad service!
