I'm a new customer to Cell C customer. I have a billing query, called the call centre and asked them to please call me back, as I am not allowed to call on a cell phone where a work. I also do not want to pay phone charges by calling the 084140 number and pay for something Cell C messed up. Why do I have to wait until later when I'm not at work to solve this issue?! I want an answer now and I want someone to call me back, but they REFUSED POINT BLANK!!! What sort of service is this!!! "???
I suppose the only way I will get someone to call me back is if I put a complaint on Hello Peter about how bad their service is!! Why did I ever leave Vodacom? They never ever gave me problems, Cell C is a piece of with empty promises!
