Abysmal service MTN repairs

I took my Blackberry bold 9800 in for a repair at Tygervallry MTN due a intermittent fault of the speaker not working and the screen occasionally not operating when sliding the phone open early in December 2012.
I spoke to Adam, the consultant in store, and he was of the opinion that the "ribbon" cable in the handset was faulty and it would be a simply warrantee claim. The phone was sent off to the repair centre in Montague Gardens for assessment, I heard nothing from them or the store and they return the phone unrepaired to the Tygervalley store with a R 1950.00 odd repair bill due to "physical damage". No explanation was given as to what was wrong with the phone, just the bill. Adam was confused as if there was physical damage they always sent photos of the damage. So phone was sent back to repair centre for re-assessment and more detail on the "damage". Once again the phone was sent back to the store with no description of damage or photo's thereof early in January this year. This carryies of for 1 month.
I have spent more time than I care to remember and literally COUNTLESS phone call, must be in excess of 70-90 trying to sort this issue out. Is there anyone who can help me?
