I upgraded my contract to a Blackberry Q5 Anytime 200 and it was explained to me i would pay R 305-00 per month and i requested a R 50-00 call limit. i would get a sms if 80% has been used and get softlocked at 100%; all above is stated in my contract.
on the 31 October my bill has climbed to R 1937-14.
i have been struggling since the 15 October. i have over 6 different reference numbers and have phoned nashua mobile somerset mall, team leader, channel managers, data support, client service, accounts department... none of which could give me a definitive answer.
i am totally disgusted in Nashua Mobile's lack of knowledge and lack of concern that they have shown me. i will never renew my contract with them and regret taking it out in the first place.
