Poor service

I paid vodacom off and cancelled my contract with them abt a year ago and I have a paid up letter from them confirming this, they even said they would update that record on bureau. I honestly don't understand how vodacom works, I am so furious, why on earth does expiran still have a balance and an installment of R104, really, is every body at vodacom fast asleep or just stupid because I was told it would be updated
