Did a phone swap due to technical problems, the replacement phone did not work and have had no phone for a week. A replacement phone was promised on Monday, today is Friday and am likely to spend another week end without a phone. Unable to speak to anyone in management only to call centre staff who dont resolve the matter. The Call Centre is extremely difficult to get through and there is no response the e-mail service advertised. Service!
