I had a contract with Nashua Mobile of which i experience countless problems with the phone and experienced such bad service at branches that i decide to just give up on repairing the phone, when the contract was nearing the end the phone had given up completely so I decided to go to The Glen to discontinue the contract hoping I would get better service there, I was proven wrong. I Spoke to an agent and had explained to him why I want to end the contract, he said he agreed the service at Alberton City branch is very bad and every one complains and advised me on a new contract for Eighty rand a month and no extra cost, he seemed very confident when answering all questions i asked him especially the one asking "are you sure there are no extra costs all I pay is Eighty rand a month and once the Fifty rand airtime is finished i will not be able to recharge like my previous contract i would just have to wait for the next month he how ever he did not close off the contract and had left it open and now I'm expected to pay, and after one month i was told that there was a hand set fee yet i was told initially the phone was free, I don't even want to touch on the remarks.
