At the end of May I contacted Nashua Mobile to move my personal contract from Cell C to Nashua mobile but still with Cell C as the service provider. That was all smooth going and Carmen was a great help and i got the galaxy S4 with no wait. I thought great service up till now is perfect. However, Im now sitting a month later with a phone that Im having to buy airtime for and I'm still going to have to pay a month of contract that I had no use of. So I sit with two problems one of no phone that works and two Im paying both prepaid and contract. please can someone help me get this sorted out ASAP.
