My MTN contract expires on the 20th of March and I want to change my contract from the Anytime 750 to the Anytime 500. The problem is I accummulated more than R2000.00 call value on my current contract. Nashua Mobile told me if I keep the same contract I will not loose my call value accummulated, but if I change to any other contract, bigger or smaller I will loose it. I checked my initial contract where I signed and it only states if you don't use your rand value/free minutes in a certain time period you will loose it, nothing about loosing it at the end of term. I spoke to Head-Office and they told me that it's the way it works. I did not sign for that. I have been a Nashua Mobile customer for more than 10 years, but am now thinking of changing service providers. I paid that money, so it belongs to me, even if it is for a certain period only. Isn't what they're doing against the CPA?
