Imposssible to change address
I have written 5 times for them to change my address. Starting in 2012. They have everything they need but they keep asking me the same things: ID, Acc number, Phone number, old address, new address they have got it. I am 87 years old. Liberty changed my address, FNB changed my address, Sanlam ...
