I do not have the time to type out a long e-mail to express my outrage at the pathetic service I had over the past 2 years. In a nutshell I cancelled my contract last year november where i filled out the termination form at you store in canal walk but my account is still being debited. I demand that you refund the money that was from my bank account immediately as my accoun t was suppose to be cancelled by your incompetent staff in november.
