What on earth is going on with Teljoy? its like pulling teeth getting service from them.
Judy its now a week and a half since I spoke to you about the two new appliances I want. and all I get is text messages telling me 'congratulations your application has been approved' and that's where is ends.
You are a lovely person, but in business Judy I cant wait more than a week to get you to respond to my requests. That's just ridiculous! Teljoy assigned the agent that i am used to dealing with, and he always was fast and efficient in his job, now he can only help new customers. What about me being a customer for more than four years?
I had to tell her where I pick up my appliances and she could not even go and find out which is my nearest agency for Teljoy? How can she not know this..? Also I want to know, will Samsung install the aircon I want?
Surely they can make a plan, as Teljoy always in the past went the extra mile. Even that is taking ages to get an answer out of Judy.
Can a supervisor or somebody that knows what they do, please contact me so I can know what's going on.? call on the alternative number!
And please don't give me the excuse of I am out of the service area..
