Great customer service

I called Avis in PE 2 weeks ago to ensure that the booking that I had made online was in order and I also needed my contract document to be printed out prior to my arrival in PE, to ensure that I was not going to be late for my appointment that Wednesday morning. Judy was very polite and helpful over the phone, she took my credit card details and even asked if I knew the directions to the university so that she could include a map for me in my contract. I was just dazzled by how efficient and professional Judy was, she even went on to tell me which counter I should go to on my arrival to sign and pick up the car. Well everything went smoothly on the morning of the pick up and even when I dropped off the car, it was such a seamless process. I had to call Avis again this afternoon when I noted that they had not paid back my deposit and Judy answered again in her professional voice but she asked if she could call me back since she was busy with something else. To my surprise she really did call me back and said that she will follow up on why the bank has not released back my deposit. Avis still owes me but that does not take any credit away from Judy's excellent service. Thank u Judy!
