PLEASE HELP ME FIND A SOLUTION

Telkom, telkom, telkom... I have been struggling with the same issue since my first hellopeter report, which by the way was in NOVEMBER! In short: 1. my adsl doesnt work, 2. when it does it is slow/intermittend. 3. You claim the fastest speed available is only 1 mb (although switching from 4mbps to 1mbps DIDNT HELP AT ALL, and neighours around is has 4mbps just fine). 4. You keep just either switching exchange ports or resetting my fault status to resolved. So here is the deal: I WANT: the fastest possible adsl you can provide that has a constant connection in my area. THATS IT! Is that so hard to ask? PLEASE: I am begging you, do not just log my fault again, as that has not brought me ANYWHERE. I need someone to take care if this situation. Please show me that you CAN indeed help your customers as you so claim to be proud of.
