SHOCKING SERVICE FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTRE

PLEASE ADVICE ON WHAT I SHOULD DO??

8Ta... LOADING AIRTIME... WHAT AN EXPERIENCE!!!

On Sunday 24 February 2013 at 15:21 I bought 8ta airtime from Shoprite Checkers Waverley Pretoria, R100 & R50. When at home loading the airtime on my 3G Modem Simcard, The R100 went well on loading but the R50 NOT- On inquiry with Customer Care (Stacey du Plessis) I was told the Voucher has expired and this happens often, I must tell Shoprite Checkers to replace that, which they kindly did! On my return home, trying to load the replaced Voucher I had the same experience - could not load it!!
I called Customer Care at 8ta, speaking to a different person (Julia Tshipape) I was told the Voucher is fine she will load the airtime!! On inquiry about the first Voucher she told me it has not expired and she will load it on my Sim Card as well!!!

NOW HOW ON EARTH CAN A MISTAKE LIKE THIS TAKE PLACE FROM A COSTUMER CARE SERVICE at 8ta?? HOW DO I PUT MY NAME CLEAR AT CHECKERS SHOPRITE, PROVING TO THEM I DID NOT TRY TO "" on a R50 VOUCHER???
