Hi i was in arrears by one month with my mtn account, i didn't pay for the month of December. on the 25th January i got a call from a mtn call center collections agent stating that my bill at the end of January will be R507, 40. i paid that bill on the 10th Feb due to the fact that i couldn't make to the mtn store before that. yesterday i received a sms from mtn stating that my outgoing call facility has been suspended, and i should remit R258, 80 immediately. in confusion i use the chat service provided from mtn to inquire about this sms, a guy named Tim helped me and said that the R258, 80 is the bill as of the 20th January. this is incorrect as i was told on the 25th of January i was only to pay R507, 40. i then tried calling my service provider helplines and they failed to help me. I've always been a loyal mtn customer but I'm starting to changer my mind about their service.
