Insurance Claim - No Feedback

On 16th December 2013 met an accident (rear ended) at the corner of Corlett Drive and Homestead Road.
I notified my insurance, agreed that the car be taken to North City Panel beaters in Sandton.
10th January contacted ABSA iDirect to follow up, was told that car still needs to be assessed.
Contacted them again on 14th January, call agent Michelle confirms its still not assesses, there was confusion (the incorrect car details had been loaded onto the system) also my car is in fact at Premier Panebeaters in Benoni. She advised that some admin individual named Wesley is busy working on my claim and he will be in touch.
Contacted them again on 16th January (had to return the car hire car as my 30 days were up on 19 January), still not assessed yet.
Finally get a call on Friday 17th January from the assessor, car has been assessed and that it is at Premier Panebeaters in Benoni.
Contacted them again on 20th January, spoke to call agent Cleopatra to confirm if the assessment had been approved, she advised that some admin individual named Wesley is busy working on my claim and that she will urgently notify him to contact me.
To date I have not been contacted by Wesley.
