POOR SIGNAL

We work in an office in Granger Bay - we conduct a lot of business via cell phones - the signal in the office is so bad that this has become impossible (bad reception, dropped calls etc) I have contacted Vodacom via their customercare email address and have had responses from various individuals but no solution - the last person to contact me told me that they can install a booster but that I would need the body corporate's approval - when I phone back to get the details of what they want to install nobody knows about this and no one can help me - this is a major problem and we need Vodacom to come up with a solution!!
