I recently changed service providers from Vodacom to 8ta. Sharna guided my process and though I was unable to pick up my handset at the mall she arranged for a more convenient location near my work and home. Recently I have been experiencing problems with the iPhone messaging and email, Sharna has more than gone the extra mile in making sure that I am set up and functioning.
