I'm so utterly disgusted with the service i'm receiving from SARS, they are so good in taking our tax money but when its their turn to refund they never play their part, I submitted my returns on the 04/08/13 and there's a refund and even today the money hasnt been released, i called their help desk knows how many times and their stupid consultants dont even know what's going on on their own system, they cannot navigate their own system, i get different stories everytime i call i've even been to their branches twice already and nobody knows what's going on, they've put a stop on my refund and nobody knows why and what to do. i'm so frustrated and angry with them...
