Disgusting service

I went in to 8:ta Rosebank last week to apply for the R199 10 gig 3G contract. After having processed my papers I was told that it would take a day to assess my ability to pay the contract and that I would be contacted. Being an investment banker, with a sizeable salary able to pay the R199 more than 150 times over each month I didn't think it would be an issue. 3 days passed and still didn't hear any news. I went into the branch and they still couldn't help me because the consultant who helped me wasn't at work. I then went in 2 days after that to find out that my ability to pay had been disapproved despite my ability to pay well over the contract amount. I find it extremely irritating that I had to go into the branch twice to find out whether or not I had been approved after being promised that I would be contacted after 1 day. It's also appalling that I was disapproved despite my ability to pay.
