I have been waiting for someone to resolve my problem and nobody has gotten back to me since you also went on leave. I am not sure if you are back.

Every month Cell C takes extra amount from my account unjustly. Instead of me paying Straight Up 200 I pay more this is frustrating.
What is the alternative can I cancel my contract and migrate to Pre-paid?
