Problem after problem!!!

Vodacom 4U - Clearwater Mall (across Edgars). I was first "sold" a contract that doesnt exist - The man told me I would be getting 2.5Gigs data @ R130p/m. Which I was told at a later stage is not a package that they offer. I was then overcharged by over R200 for my first month of billing. Had to go BACK to rectify it - they told me it was their mistake and I would get that extra cash back. They had to then cancel that sim card as it was overcharging me. I was given a new sim of 2Gigs @ R139p/m (not what I was offered the day I opened contract, but I had to settle for it) Then I lost the new sim (my mistake, yes) so I went back and had to do a sim swap. The woman told me she had unlocked the old sim and my new sim would be activated in max. 24 hours. This was on Monday. Its now Thursday and I still have no internet. I called the call centre now and was told it was never unlocked so he has now apparently unlocked it. This is all unacceptable, really!! I'm fed up with this! Please tell the employees at Vodacom 4U to first of all KNOW the contracts they are selling, don't over charge, and unlock sims when you say you have!
