MTN not responding to my mails
I have reported a case with MTN on the 19th of December 2012 where an account was opened with my details. I also suspect that MTN didn't follow the correct procedures when the account was opened.. This influenced my credit record and because MTN said that it will take up to 30 days conclude the investigation, I have decided to settle the account to keep up with my good credit record, with the idea that they will refund me again. The last correspondence I received was on the 21st of January in that they need my banking details as they want to credit my account. However I still haven't received any proof that MTN refunded me. It's just 6 days short of being 2 Months now and I'm just so glad that I'm with Vodacom! After numerous e-mails, the consultant just never got back to me. Please can MTN just pay what is due to me?
