Bad credit record

During July 2011 I took out a new cellular contract for my daughter at Autopage Bedfordview. I specifically requested that this new number should be added to my current account. For some or other reason a new account was opened. The number is however appearing on my old account. I was not aware of the existence of the second account until I wanted to buy a second property and FNB Home loans declined my application because of a bad credit record. On investigation it was found that this second account - to the amount of R112 - was the cause of the bad credit record.
