At the beginning of January I took out a contract for my son. A samsung Galaxy Pocket Smartphone on Straight 30 TopUp, according to the brochure, it said 100Mb additonal data. The store said they couldn't load the data and I should call customer services... I've dealt with them before and can assure you they are terrible. I contacted CellC via facebook messaging as to keep this between us, I got a very prompt response saying Sidfree would call, he never did. I then asked again via facebook messaging what is going on, again I was apologised to and told sidfree would call. This time he did, and assured me he would have the data loaded at the beginning of February along with prorata data outstanding from January.
I took his word for it.
Still nothing no data has been loaded, I have tried messaging again, to which I am now not receiving any response.
I have 5 Contracts with CellC including this one, I would expect better service from these people.
