Since November last year i have reported the bad signal that i get on my phone and laptop at home three times. In all three instances i was provided with a reference number and a promise that i wll be contacted. And no i was not contacted. I am now going to cancel both contracts and if they try to blacklist me or sue me for the outstanding balance i will see them in court. I am fed up paying for bad service and an even shittier attitute.
I don't see wht i must pay R 1000 per month for a service that i cannot use. Take my advice and go to Vodacom if you need to take out a cellphone contract because MTN stinks.
