Our telkom line was down from the 23rd November. As we had to adsl line, we could not use the data bundle. We contacted mweb regarding the same and were assured that the account would be reversed and we would not be charged for something we coud not use. Ref number: 1040744.
Our line wa retored this week, and contrary to thir promises, mweb only crdited us for a portion of the line rental, and flat iut refused to credit for the data bundle.
Why assure someone that there would be no charge, when there was no intent to honour the same?
