DISGUSTED BY THE SERVICE!!!

I have sent an email to [Email Removed] on the 05/02/2013 at about 11:39am and received a reference number EC-ZHKD-WYMFF. I was then called on the 07/02/2013 by a lady advising me they received my complaint and are busy investigating and a lady by the name of Patience will call me back. I then received an email on the 08/02/2013 saying my service request no. EC-ZHKD-2WYMFF has been closed. It's the 12/02/2013 since I lodge a query with Vodacom and I have not been contacted or advised about my query but my query has been closed without being resolved.
