Terrible Service

I have a 200 top up contract with bis active, and always download without getting charged. However, my entire 200 had been depleted at the start of the month after downloading which should not of been the case. Subsequently, I called into the call centre to query and had the displeasure of a very rude agent by the name of Muzi who was not helpful at all advising me to contact Blackberry direct. Thereafter spoke to the manager Thabi, whom promised feedback after 48 hours. I am constantly in meetngs so requested feedback via email if I can not be contacted telephonically. All this occurred on 05/01/2013. Received a call from a lady by the name of Rochelle, however could not take the call and asked for an email or call back. Up till this day, I have received no feedback. I have been with Vodacom for numerous years, and opted to stay even after other better offers were presented. Starting to doubt if I made the right choice! Ref number received for query: 324494677.
