I recently contacted FNB through their website where i sent a request for assistance. I immediately received a conformation email from David Mntambo indicating that my query has been forwarded to the relevant department. I received that email on the 04/12/2013. On Tuesday the 10/12/2013 I sent a follow up email because I haven't received and feedback as yet. The response I got was that the query should take no longer than 48 hours and that they will get back to me. Today is Friday 13/12/2013 and I still haven't heard from anybody. The reference numbers that were issued to me are: SD1884190, SD1875016 and FNB Call Me Back 7ZR1EHLR
