I cancelled a Vodacom cell contract prematurly in October 2012. I paid /- R1300 for this to take place.
On the 31st of December another installment went off. After contacting them today they confirmed that the contract was not cancelled. How incompetent do you get?? The person who I took the contract out for remained using the contract without telling me it was not cancelled. Vodacom now says that there are outstanding fees. I refuse to be held responsible as I have done the necessary. As per their team leader Mr Vincent Mahlafumya the matter will now be esculated to admin. I have a sour taste in my mouth dealing with an unproffesional company like this!
