I'm so disapointed with MTN. They advertise an item which is out of stock and find it very misleading to the consumer and public if you advertise something you don't have. I first saw the advert on the previous magazine which ended on the 31st of October and went to the branch and the guy who was helping me said he'd find out from the branch in LadyBrand and he'll call me to come and collect it. Only when I call him to enquire he told me they don't have it. The same item was advertised on the yello magazine which is featured from the 1st of this month and I tried to reapply they still don't have stock, I called the 808 line and was told they don't have stock and was transferred to MTN direct it's still the same story. I even called the branch in Jabulani Mall and was told the same story and the lady took my numbers, I think she's already forgotten about me. I called the branch in Bloemfontein and the lady said she's putting me through to MTN direct but the phone was hung up. Is this how MTN treats its customers. Why advertise something they don't have and find it very misleading.
