My query that i lodged on the 19 September not res

I do not know what to do anymore I lodged a complaint though Hello Peter about Vodacom on the and the next day a person called to tell me that they will be investigation the query but till today I have not had anything from Vodacom now I am worried because I did wait from 19 September 2013 for this query to be sorted out. The same thing of dropping my calls when I call they are doing it again to keep my matter hanging without any response what so ever. I am very disappointed with Vodacom and the people that are working there. Can this matter be sorted out please and advise me if I'm still supposed to continue till 2015 to have an IPad that I cant use. Someone please sort this matter out as I have run out of ideas to beg Vodacom to assist me.
