FOLLOW-UP Vodacom Customer Complaint, escalated

Good day
So my soap opera story of my phone have not yet be resolved after 68 days. This is a follow-up complaint from the posting send on 27/05/2013 BAD SERVICE! Vodacom Customer Complaint, escalated.
I send Vodacom this email:
"Please refer to job number:
8745197;
8787220;
8830860;
8855084; and
8893114.
Please advise when I can collect my "new" refurbished Nokia 700, to be sent to Vodacom Kolonnade as discussed with Charlotte, Su-aad and Lindi on Friday, 07/06/2013.
Please mark it for the attention of Vera, as she is the only one that has not to me yet.
After 68 days with no phone and no solution I am off to Switzerland (despite all the promises that I will be sorted)."
