Still cant cancel my contract after 6 months

I don't know how to go about cancelling the contract that expired with this company, now they are telling me that the cancelling dept did not cancel as they said they would now they are still billing me for the airtime that i don't even use. i don't even have their sim card but they say i have used their airtime. please help guys if you know how to go about regarding the cancellation. i tried and tried with this virgin mobile! i wouldn't advise anyone to use this virgin mobile company as they are . i don't have the means of taking them to court for this, if you try to hold on the call they will leave you until you get tired and you end up not resolving anything with them. Please people who will read this be careful of this company, i don't have anything even a little good thing to say about this company. THEY ARE PATHETIC AND FLIPPING AMATEURS. BE CAREFUL THEY ARE JUST A!!! I complaint last time on hello peter they don't even try to resolve anything. please advise.
