ADSL - when will Rynfield be fixed?

I guess as long as Telkom is the only service provider for our area (wireless is no an option for us, nor is Neotel), Telkom will continue to ignore the plight of paying customers in the Rynfield area. I am not even going to bother to list the long list of fault references here - just check all of them linked to my account nr. The best joke of it all is the fact that Telkom will collect payments for this dis-service on a monthly basis.

The worst part of it all is to get through to a competent employee on 10210 - it is similar to playing the Lotto, the chances of getting someone on the other end, that know what they are doing, is very limited - on average the reply is simple - it is your ISP, your Modem or your home network... LOL, I have changed ISP's, I have bought a new modem, replaced all the filters and network lines to my expense - the fault persists. If one is really lucky, the Telkom assistant will politely end the call, refusing to give a fault ref code. The last telkom techie that inspected my residence, admitted that there is a overload problem with the Rynfield exchange - why is this not resolved yet?
