Now my Cell account is debited for data usage at Escalated rates...? Do you really think this is payable if you cant even investigate a simple contract.

Its been almost two months that I am trying to resolve this queries on the contract.
Every time I call in I have to hold for more than 30 min, ( and have to listen to the screaming music in the back groung) only to be promised they will call me back in 24hours.
I call back the next day, hold for 30 min and then gets transferred to another department who cuts me off after 20 min.
The service I am currently receiving is in breach of contract on the quote provided.
Please have this resolved or send your driver to collect your device and cancel the contract.
