MTN SP bad service

I have a contract with MTN which I have a Blackberry Bold 9780 and on Thursday the 7th of Feb my intenet just stopped working, and I couldn't even make calls or SMSs, so I called MTN SP from another phone and they said there is nothing wrong with my SIM or the area that I am in. So I then went to MTN SP in capegate, as I am already dreading the this, the service is always terrible as you wait forever. When I checked my intenet service it worked suddenly, which was strange, so they said to me no it is the area which you are in, which is windsorpark. What upsets me is the facts that the at the call center told me nothing is wrong in my area and that it must be damage to my phone physically. So I had to sit 4 days without any internet, phone calls and SMS which is completly unacceptable.
